Yard Sale Day is an opportunity to sell your treasures and shop the neighbourhood with yard sales throughout Willowdale as well as a Community Market at Spring Garden Church (112 Spring Garden Ave) from 9am-12pm.

Saturday June 22nd

Neighbours can host yard sales on their properties throughout Willowdale. Their addresses appear on the yard sale map above.

Simultaneously, NeighbourLink hosts a market of 50+ Yard Sales at Spring Garden Church (112 Spring Garden Avenue)

To be added to the yard sale map or be present at the market you must register in advance.

To have your home yard sale added to the map and to receive a yard sale sign on your lawn the cost is $5.00.

To have a spot at the Yard Sale Market the cost is $25.00 without a table and chair. A table and chair can be added for $20.00! Hurry spots are limited.

The yard sale map is an interactive map where every yard sale in the neighbourhood on June 22nd is pinned. It lists the yard sales location, time, what type of items can be sold and if the yard sale is hosting a food drive for NeighbourLink's food bank!

Last year's map received over 40K views!

No matter what you're selling the items must be in good condition.

You can sell furniture, clothing (new or gently used), toys, jewellery, electronics, books, housewares, gardening equipment, tools, housewares, pet stuff, children's items, patio items, etc.

In past years we've had parents selling exclusively items for moms and kids and so we group them together in a section of the parking lot.

The event will go on. Spring Garden Church generously lets us use their multi-purpose room in the basement. The basement is an accessible space via elevator.

Last year it rained and was still a huge success for vendors.

We encourage you to:

- a table and chair if you are not renting one. Having all your items on the floor is not permitted.

- large umbrella for shade

- water bottle

- price tags

- boxes

- a friend to help you

Each vendor is given one parking space. You'll be given an arrival time, shown to a spot with your car, unload items into your spot (with help from volunteers) park on a nearby side street and return to your spot to set up and begin selling at 9am.
